What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, company (if provided), and the message describing what you're trying to improve. We don't collect anything else about you through this site beyond standard web server logs (like your IP address and browser type), which are used only for basic security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use the information you submit through the contact form for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry. We don't add you to a mailing list or sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for marketing or advertising. The hosting and email providers that run this website and deliver our email do process your submission as part of operating that infrastructure, the same way any website's hosting stack handles the data passing through it, but we don't hand it to anyone beyond that. If you email us directly instead of using the form, the same applies to that email.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not currently use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as it's useful for the conversation or engagement it relates to, and delete it when it's no longer needed.
